Acceptance and age

Entertainment, not advice

Questions, answers, explanations, and topics are for entertainment. They can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly phrased. Do not use 5 By 5 as legal, medical, financial, academic, professional, or safety advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your username, email, and password. Use accurate information that lets you recover your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account.

Acceptable use

Play in good faith. Do not try to break the app, evade quotas, automate traffic, scrape private data, harass other users, post harmful content, or interfere with the service.

AI-generated questions

5 By 5 uses AI to create new questions when a path does not exist yet. Generated questions may be reviewed, rejected, replaced, or removed if they do not meet the app's quality checks.

Scores, paths, and availability

Scores, rematches, saved paths, trending topics, generation quotas, and other features may change as the product improves. The service may be slow, interrupted, or unavailable.

Content and feedback

5 By 5 and its design elements, code, marks, and content belong to their owners. If you send ideas or feedback, you allow 5 By 5 to use them to improve the app without owing compensation.

Suspension or termination

5 By 5 may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, or abuse content generation.

Warranties and liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, 5 By 5 does not guarantee that the service will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, and will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
